Enrollment Process

1. Initial Inquiry: Contact us via phone or email to express your interest in enrolling your child in our latchkey program.
2. Schedule a Visit: Arrange a tour of our facilities and meet our staff to learn more about our program and services.
3. Complete Application Forms: Fill out the necessary enrollment forms, which include your child’s personal information, emergency contact details, and medical information.
4. Submit Required Documentation: Provide any required documents, such as proof of age, immunization records, and any relevant medical or dietary needs.
5. Enrollment Confirmation: Once we receive your application and documentation, we will confirm your child’s enrollment and provide a start date.

Fees

• The monthly fee for our latchkey program is $325. This includes transportation to and from school, a cold breakfast each morning, and an afternoon snack.

Payment Options

• Online Payments: Conveniently pay online through our secure payment portal.
• Checks: We also accept checks; please make them payable to BeKidz Educational Center.
• The monthly fee for our latchkey program is $325, which includes a $50 enrollment fee.

• Please note that a $7 convenience fee applies to credit card payments.
