The Site Coordinator position is a trusted partner to the organization, a welcoming face to our children, and a strong leader for all employees! This vital role has key opening and closing responsibilities.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the site run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students and be familiar with education administration.
DUTIES/RESPONSBILITIES
- Manage student records and data, including enrollment, attendance, and academic performance.
- Coordinate with instructors and teaching staff to ensure seamless activities.
- Assist with course scheduling and room assignments.
- Facilitate communication between students and instructors.
- Develop and maintain administrative procedures and guidelines.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working with students in an educational setting.
- Higher education teaching experience is an asset.
- Proven background in education administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Experience with educational software and technology.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
